We have visited Marblehead many times. This is our first stay in Old Town. The apartment was very charming, clean, and comfortable. Walking distance to shops, grocery, basically to everything. Mookies and The Muffin Shop were steps away, which we enjoyed. Parking was no issue, just about a block down. Charming town . The apartment, although old, has all modern amenities and was very comfortable.
My only negatives were: 1. The stairs - very steep and not mobility challenged friendly. But we knew that going in.
2. One of the showers was extremely small. Worked out fine but if you are a large individual, you will need to use the other shower. But that’s it.
Our host was very responsive.
All in all, a wonderful place to stay!!

Amy is a great host. She is very responsive and reached out a few times during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. The space is exactly as advertised, very cosy and fits right into old town Marblehead. All around a great stay

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our group with three king beds and two and a half bathrooms—all the beds were super comfortable. The décor was calm, beautiful, and welcoming. The fenced backyard with the firepit and seating looked amazing; it’ll be perfect for summer stays. We didn’t get to use the outdoor amenities this time, but they were a nice bonus.
Even though it was a dog friendly place, everything was spotless—no pet hair or stains at all. The cleaning was excellent. We loved the cute open shelves, and the kitchen had everything we needed including dishes, spices, and coffee. The heat worked well, the water pressure was amazing, and the battery-powered candles added such a cozy atmosphere.
Overall, a really comfortable and enjoyable place for a weekend stay. We’d happily come back!

Amazing location! It was also the perfect size for our family, and was stocked with everything we needed for 4 day trip. If we’re back in Marblehead soon, we’d try to stay here again.

Wonderful location, close to everything. Walkable yet very Cosy and quiet for being right in a neighborhood. The house was lovely! Completely renovated but with all the charm and detailing of the original structure and history taken into consideration. Just a beautiful comfortable place. Probably the most comfortable Air B&B beds I’ve ever stayed in!!! Wonderful! Highly recommended.

Our stay at Amy’s home was everything we wanted from our trip to the East Coast. The home was exactly as described, the beds were very comfortable and the home had everything that we needed. We will definitely look to book this home when we come back to the area.

This cottage is cozy and meets all your needs. The location is ideal, parking is great, and the beds are comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and water front. Can’t wait to stay here again.

We throughly enjoy each visit to this property. The location is walkable to everything from restaurants, shops, and a movie theater.
The house has always been very clean, it’s got a fully stocked kitchen and laundry area if needed. One of the biggest reasons we love the Boat House is the restaurants. The morning coffee shops are just around the corner. There are many options for food close by you don’t need to drive anywhere.
Look forward to another visit one day.

Amy’s place was perfect for our quick girls trip to visit Salem and Boston! Check-in was easy and Amy was great at communicating and provided recommendations on things to do in the area. We loved wandering around Marblehead and still seeing homes decorated for Halloween. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying at Amy’s place!

Perfect place to unwind and feel at home while away from home. The town of Marblehead is so peaceful and just a four minute walk from the ocean view. I loved how small and friendly the town was and I dream to move to Marblehead now. Plenty of food options, history and shops. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
