This was our second time to stay here. It is so convenient to shops and restaurants. In the early morning, you will smell the bread baking from across the street! This place is clean. A big plus is the washer & dryer. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything is just as pictured in the listing.

We had such a wonderful stay. Great location, right next to beautiful walking trails and an easy walk downtown to all the shops. Beds were very comfortable too. Amy was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. A lovely place to spend the holidays. Highly recommend.

We had an awesome time staying at Amy’s house in Harwich. The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Our young family and our friends spent a snowy New Year’s Eve weekend here and didn’t leave the house and still felt like we had an amazing getaway. Amy was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our 3rd time staying at one of Amy’s properties. Each experience has been exceptional. This property was everything we were looking for. -the living area was inviting and comfortable -the kitchen’s open footprint (a gift in a historical home) lended itself to our family’s holiday (Christmas gathering) needs -the location makes it perfect for exploring Marblehead on foot. -while there only one designated parking spot (Amy clearly states this in the property description) there is ample parking around the property. Do not let that deter you from booking this property. -we travel to this area often and have this property saved for future visits. You cannot go wrong staying at this historical property.

Not sure where to begin. First of all, go book it now, then you can read the comments. For a couple or two couples, this place is perfect. Location, furnishings, comfort, everything was 5-star. Right in the middle of downtown Marblehead close to restaurants, shops, bars, stores, all walking distance. There's a parking space a block away that made coming and going very easy. Parking is extremely hard to find in MHD, so that was a big plus. The apartment is like walking back in time a little. The floors are rustic and uneven, the ceilings are about 7 feet high, the door frames smaller than that. You feel like you're living in the 1700s but in comfort. The heat worked well, hot water and water pressure was great, the linens were great quality, beds comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed - really can't say enough about the place. Only two things that I'd call out is there are a lot of stairs and the ceilings are low if you're tall. Other than that, it's perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property and will definitely stay here again! The location was perfect with walkable access to downtown Marblehead. The home was very clean, tastefully decorated, spacious, comfortable, and had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were even comfortable! Amy was highly responsive and proactively checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We have rented from Amy before and she is always a wonderful host!

We just spent the weekend with friends and loved everything about this home. Amy was wonderful host, always available with very clear and helpful instructions. The home has all the historic charm of Marblehead and located right in the center of Old Town. The furnishings were cozy and comfortable, the bedrooms were lovely with everything you might need, and the kitchen was perfect for our stay. And it was immaculate. We loved every minute of our stay.
